Waterfront Development is working on development alternatives for this vacant property, which is located between King Street, Alderney Drive and Prince Street in downtown Dartmouth.
A project timeline has been drafted and outlines the steps and sequence of activities from now through to a proposed construction start.
Viewplane amendments have been approved by Halifax Council which allows building height on this site to exceed 10 storeys. Currently, we are awaiting further amendments to enable the proposed increase in density to accommodate our current proposal.
